Meet The Team

Director Andrew Quinlan has over 25 years Construction Management experience. Andrews’s primary role within Q Construction is deriving opportunities and head contract negotiation and is also involved daily within the Project Management, Contract Administration, Tendering/Estimating and OHS operations. Andrew has performed his role as Construction Manager over the 140+ of Q Construction’s Commercial Projects, and as can be seen from his extensive experience. Andrew has developed strong processes based on his experience working for Tier 1 (National) contractor. Andrew expects his team to produce daily with a focus on people, safety, quality, efficiency through process adherence.

Director Jock Coutts holds a Bachelor of Construction Management. Jock’s role as Project Manager is to drive Q Construction Systems whilst maintaining the highest level of client and contractual obligations whilst overseeing the efficient site execution. Jock has performed his role at Q Construction for over 9 years and has extensive experience within both Contract Administration and Project Management. This can be shown through Q Construction’s extensive list of completed projects of which Jock has formed an integral part of completing these to the highest of standards.

Dev manages our estimating department with fastidious attention to detail and professionalism. Dev’s role involves liaising with subcontractors to ensure best value practice, and programming are achieved within all submissions/proposals. In extension to the Tender Estimating role, Dev chairs a detailed handover of all successful tenders to our Construction Department which highlights Programs, constraints and site-specific methodology to allow seamless project execution.

Lee holds an honours degree in Property, qualifications in Interior Design and over 20 years’ experience in Real Estate, Property Development and Commercial Construction. As the Business Manager for Q Construction, Lee’s role incorporates Financial management, Industry compliances and overseeing the daily operational elements of the business. Lee has performed this role for Q Construction since its 2010 inception.

Anthony is our most senior Supervisor a position which he has held for over 10 years. His technical ability matched with a pro-active problem-solving mind set allows Anthony to produce any Commercial project to the highest of levels no matter that project difficulty. His track record and reputation with previous clients, suppliers and subcontractors is one that Q Construction is extraordinarily proud of. Prior to advancing his career Anthony was a very highly regarded carpenter (qualified with a Certificate 3 in General Construction) Anthony’s primary role is overseeing the Construction Program, Subcontract and Supplier execution, and liaison with Q Construction project team for his projects.
